The Company reserves the right to assess the complaint and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include a re-clean or, in limited circumstances, a partial or full refund. Re-cleans are generally available on weekdays only unless exceptional circumstances apply.

For hourly rate services, our team prioritises quality of workmanship over the quantity of tasks completed, unless otherwise instructed in writing by the customer.

For specialized vacate, move-out, or end-of-lease cleaning services, we offer an extended satisfaction peace-of-mind period designed to align with estate agent inspections.

Upon review, the Company will arrange a re-clean to be completed as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than seven (7) days after the original service date.

Steam cleaning is an intensive treatment utilizing professional-grade extraction equipment. However, certain limits apply due to fabric characteristics and stain history.

To ensure the health and safety of our technicians and prevent damage to your property, the following services are expressly excluded from all bookings unless explicitly agreed in writing beforehand:

Steam cleaning requires specific structural conditions to ensure the equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Exterior window cleaning services are limited to accessible ground-floor windows only. Accessibility is determined solely at the cleaner’s discretion and must allow safe access without obstruction. The Company may utilize a small two-step ladder where safe to do so.

Exterior window cleaning is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or cancelled due to adverse conditions. Such services are excluded from our satisfaction guarantee. Any quality concerns must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours together with photographic evidence.

We love animals, but we must protect both your pets and our cleaning staff during active service hours.

The Company accepts no responsibility or liability for the safety, escape, or supervision of pets during service delivery.

We care deeply about our technicians' health. Physical work in extreme temperatures can be dangerous.

Failure to provide suitable temperature-controlled working conditions may result in immediate cancellation of the service and the application of standard cancellation fees.

Our standard pricing and quotes rely on normal household use and property maintenance.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel services on the spot where property conditions are deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the booked service.

While we treat your property with absolute care, accidents can occasionally occur. We handle claims through a structured process.

All claims must include photographic evidence. The Company is not liable for:

• Pre-existing wear, tear, or structural weakness.
• Damage to valuables or personal items unless causation is clearly and directly established.
• Damage occurring where third-party contractors (painters, plumbers, movers) are simultaneously present.

Where liability is accepted, the Company may elect to repair, replace, or compensate for the damaged item at its sole discretion. Customers may be required to obtain multiple repair quotations. Proof of purchase or original value may also be requested.

To balance fair pricing for customers with fair compensation for our hard-working cleaners, we implement a Fair Go Policy.

Should additional time beyond this single extension hour be required to complete the booking, the Company will contact the customer to discuss revised pricing and available options before proceeding.

Cleaners transport heavy equipment and products, requiring secure and close proximity parking.

We schedule our staff and routes in advance. Late cancellations disrupt cleaner livelihoods and cause scheduling losses.

Where cancellations occur due to mandatory isolation or public health requirements, standard cancellation fees will apply.

However, fees may be waived at the Company’s absolute discretion where the booking can be successfully replaced with another service on our schedules.

Lockouts cause substantial downtime for our cleaning teams. We attempt multiple communication channels before leaving.

We service standard zones in our operational cities. Travel outside standard zones requires extra logistics.

Such bookings are subject to cleaner availability and may be cancelled where replacement personnel cannot be arranged. No cancellation fee will apply to the customer where cancellation occurs for this specific logistics reason.

We believe in honest, post-service charging and secure electronic processing.

All payments are processed securely and electronically by card. Transaction fees imposed by our third-party payment processor may be added to the final invoice amount. The Company does not retain any portion of these transaction fees.

Visual tracking helps us ensure exceptional work standards and resolves claims transparently.

Customers with surveillance or recording devices (CCTV, smart home cameras) on the premises are requested to disclose their presence to the cleaning team, particularly where audio recording is enabled.

Services are generally performed by specialized teams of one (1) or two (2) cleaners.

The Company reserves the right to allocate additional personnel or substitute cleaners where operationally necessary to maintain scheduling commitments and quality standards.
